Founded in 1984 and located in Charlotte, North Carolina, J-E-T-S is a group of nationally recognized quality consultants offering a full range of services and solutions. J-E-T-S specializes in working with highly regulated environments, including nuclear power plants, public utilities, analytical laboratories, government agencies and contractors. The group also has provided specialized training for universities, professional groups, and government conferences. The GQM and J-E-T-S affiliation offers our customers an extensive level of expertise.

NPI – NDE Professionals, Inc.
NPI, located in Portland, Oregon, is the expert in training and supplying the complete inspector. NPI management holds more than 100 years of combined real-world experience. The firm’s instructors are certified professionals in all areas of inspection, providing classroom and hands-on training. Whether it is a project for the government, or local manufacturing company, NPI can assist to get the job done.

Sandford Liebesman, Ph.D.
Dr. Sandford Liebesman has more than 30 years experience in quality at Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies and Bellcore. He is an expert in ISO 9000 and is author of the books TL 9000, Release 3.0: A Guide to Measuring Excellence in Telecommunications, and Using ISO 9000 to Improve Business Processes. Liebesman is a member of the ISO Technical Committee and ANSI Z-1 Committee on Quality Assurance, and he has presented seminars on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) at conferences and universities. Liebesman holds an engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy and MSEE and Ph.D. from New York University. He resides in Morristown, New Jersey.

Located in Kennewick, Washington, Dana Engineering is a highly qualified group of engineers, designers and inspectors offering a wide range of services. W. K. Sowder, Ph.D.
Dr. W. K. Sowder has more than 20 years experience in engineering, general construction, manufacturing, quality assurance and software management quality assurance. He has held several quality management positions, including Site Quality Director, ASME Authorized Nuclear Inspector, Management Consultant, ISO 9000-1994 Lead Auditor, and ASME Program Administrator. Sowder has also developed management programs and conducted quality improvement training seminars. He holds a Ph.D. from Pacific Western University. He resides in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
